    Beaches Oktoberfest

    Beaches Oktoberfest, held annually at the Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavilion, is Northeast Florida’s longest running beer celebration. Now entering its 10th year, the 2025 offering will have an enhanced food experience, focusing on the flavors and dishes of a true German experience and a new Bier Hall Tent to revel in.     Virgin Voyages

    Virgin Voyages, the groundbreaking brand introduced by Virgin in 2021, is revolutionizing the world of luxury cruise vacations with their adult-only cruise ships.

    As experts in the premium and upscale markets, RTEAM proudly serves as the talent buyer for guest artists, DJs and performers on Virgin's global fleet. Since our partnership commenced in 2022, RTEAM has consistently raised the bar for entertainment at sea, delivering world-class touring talent to Virgin Voyages' ships in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

    Super Girl Pro (CA + FL)

    The Super Girl Pro is a bi-coastal surf contest and music festival that happens in Oceanside, CA and Jacksonville Beach, FL consecutively in the fall. The event has collectively attracted millions of attendees to both markets over its 18-year tenure, with hundreds of hours of global TV and digital broadcasts across Fox Sports, WSL and more.

    RTEAM has handled talent-buying and site operations for the event for 9 years, thematically tying performers and audience to cap off an exciting competition built to empower young, female athletes to shine on the brightest stage.

    Destination Defender

    In late 2022, RTEAM and their partners were tasked with producing a festival that embodied the Land Rover Defender pillars and lifestyle. This was familiar terrain — off-roading, music and exploration set the pace for the weekend. RTEAM oversaw the talent buying and site operations across the event, which earned the title of Best Outdoor Activation by the Ex Awards.
    In 2023, RTEAM reprised the role for the festival and presented an electric lineup of performers including Fitz & The Tantrums main stage and intimate dinner sets, Aloe Blacc, and a Donavon Frankenreiter fireside jam.
    RTEAM has continued to support the talent buying and event production efforts for the festival in 2024 and 2025.

    Natural Life Music Festival

    Natural Life Music & Arts Festival is coming to our own backyard at the Seawalk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach, Florida! Our goal is to create a FREE, unforgettable music & arts festival that brings friends and family together to celebrate music, art, and community in a stunning beachside setting. With the incredible support of RTEAM, this event came to life—helping coordinate logistics, support local artists, and ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone involved.
